：桂林的夏天
I live in the south city, so when the summer comes, the sun is very strong and the air is so stuffy, I feel so uncomfortable. I have a friend from Guilin, she tells me that summer in Guilin is not that hot, the air is cool in the morning. So I decide to spend a month in Guilin. Guilins mountain and water are special, the water is clean and the mountain has many shapes. It is really comfortable here, the air is so fresh. The most obvious feature of people here is that their skin is white. Because the summer is short here and the sun is not that strong, so people have a good summer time.
我住在南方的城市，因此在夏天到来的时候，太阳很大，空气很闷热，我觉得很难受。我有个朋友来自桂林，她告诉我鬼林的夏天没有那么热，早上空气比较凉爽。所以我决定在桂林呆一个月。桂林的山和水都很特别，水很清澈，山有多种形状。在这里真的很舒服，空气是如此的清新。这里的人最明显的特征就是皮肤白。因为这里夏天的时间短，太阳没有那么大，因此人们夏天在这里过得比较舒服。
：看牙医
Since I was very small, I like to eat all kinds of candy. My parents always tell me that eating too much candy will do harm to my health, but I never listen to them, because nothing happens to me. But last week, I felt something wrong with my teeth. At first, I did not feel like eating anything, my teeth ached. Then my parents told me to see the dentist, I was so afraid, I knew what the doctor would do to me. Going to see the dentist was a disaster, my tooth was broken and needed to take out, it really hurt me. Since then, I learn that eating too much candy need to pay the price.
在我很小的时候，我就喜欢吃各种各样的糖果。父母总是告诫我吃太多的糖会不利于我的健康，但是我从来没有听他们的话，因为我相安无事。但是上周，我感到牙齿有点不对劲。刚开始，我不想吃东西，牙齿疼。然后父母叫我去看牙医，我很害怕，我知道医生会对我做什么。去看牙医就像一场灾难，我的牙齿坏了，需要取出来，真是疼死我了。打从那时候起，我知道吃太多的糖果需要付出代价。

This summer, the hottest movie must belong to the Jurassic Park. The series of Jurassic Park is very popular around the world. When I saw the first part, I was very impressed by the dinosaurs world. The director was so talented that he made use of the computer technology to show people an amazing world. The audience could see
all kinds of dinosaurs in the movie and learned something about these huge animals. In the movie, people and these big animals cant live together, because human being always wants to hurt them and make the profit. So there is war, the dinosaurs eat people and people try to kill them. It is time for human being to think about what they should do to the nature.
这个夏天，最热门的电影当属于《侏罗纪公园》，这个电影的系列在全世界都很受欢迎。当我看第一部的时候，对恐龙的世界留下了很深刻的印象。导演很聪明，充分利用了电脑技术，给人们展示了一个神奇的世界。观众能够在电影中看到各种各样的恐龙，也学到了关于这些巨大动物的知识。在电影中，人们和这些动物无法共存，因为人类总想要伤害它们，获取利益。因此总是存在战争，恐龙吃人，人想要杀掉恐龙。人类该是时候思考下他们应该对大自然做些什么。
：追星的日子
Everybody will have their idols in their heart. For me, I am a teenager, of course I will chase the star. Someday, when I was walking on the street, I heard a wonderful song from the store, so I remembered the singer. I searched the information and listened to all his songs. I was crazy about the singer, I even imagined meeting him someday. The most unbelievable thing was that I wrote a letter to him though I did not send out. But as the time went by, my attention on him was less and less, at last, I chased another
star. I realized paying much attention on the star was wasting the time, I needed to do my own thing.
